These terms govern purchases from Mug & Bloom through mugandbloom.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe and display every mug accurately. Screen colors and handmade or printed placement may vary slightly. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is placed.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, information appears incorrect, an item is unavailable or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount paid. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Made-to-order production
Our mugs are printed after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. An order can be cancelled only before it enters production.
Shipping, returns and refunds
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production or carrier delays. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains eligibility, timing and the information needed for damaged, misprinted or defective items.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content in a way that violates law or another party’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Mug & Bloom name, artwork, photographs, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to Mug & Bloom and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Service availability and liability
We may update or temporarily interrupt the site. To the extent allowed by law, Mug & Bloom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law.
