Butterfly Glasshouse Mug

Description

Monarch and swallowtail butterflies move through a glasshouse of colorful flowers on this monarch butterfly mug, rendered in a stained-glass-inspired style. The bright panels of color give the scene a lantern-like glow, even on a gray day. The saturated color of the flowers and wings gives the whole mug a stained-glass warmth, and the style makes each wing easy to pick out.

It is a thoughtful gift for a nature lover, a teacher who keeps a butterfly garden by the school fence, or anyone who stops to watch wings on a garden walk. A friend recovering from a long winter might enjoy it too, since the colors are so warm. The full-wrap print gives the glasshouse room to continue around the mug, with flowers and wings in every direction. It also suits a mother who tends a butterfly bush, or a student heading to a botany class who wants a cheerful mug for early lectures.

Choose 11 oz for a cup of coffee or 15 oz for a larger cup of tea. Both sizes show the same monarchs and swallowtails. Care is simple: dishwasher and microwave safe in both sizes, so the glasshouse colors can stay in daily use.
